Privacy
Plain-language version first.
What we collect, why, who sees it, and your rights. The formal detail follows the short version.
The short version
- We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver supports safely.
- We never sell personal information, to anyone, ever.
- Health and disability information is "sensitive information" under the Privacy Act. We collect it only with consent and share it only with people involved in your supports, or where the law requires.
- You can ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you.
What we collect and why
- Enquiry and referral forms: contact details and what you tell us about support needs, used to respond and assess whether we can help. Forms are delivered to us by our form processing provider, which stores submissions on our behalf.
- When you become a participant: your NDIS plan details, health and support information, and emergency contacts, used to deliver supports safely and claim correctly.
- This website: no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
Only the people needed to deliver and pay for your supports: our rostered workers, your plan manager or the NDIA for invoicing, and, with your consent, your support coordinator or other providers in your team. We share without consent only where the law requires it, such as worker screening obligations, mandatory reporting, or a serious threat to someone's safety.
Your rights
The Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles give you the right to access and correct your information, and to complain about how it's handled. Start with us at admin@accessaspire.com.au. If you're not satisfied, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes complaints free of charge.
