Accessibility
Built for everyone to use.
A disability support provider's website has no excuse for shutting people out. This site is built to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
What we've built in
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, no mouse required
- A visible focus indicator that never disappears, and a "skip to main content" link on every page
- Text and background colours at 4.5:1 contrast or better; nothing is conveyed by colour alone
- Touch targets at least 44 by 44 pixels
- Layouts that keep working at 200% zoom and reflow on small screens without sideways scrolling
- Animations respect your system's reduced-motion setting, and the site works in Windows High Contrast mode
- Forms with visible labels, hints tied to their fields, and no time limits
- Plain language throughout, with acronyms explained on first use
Known limitations
Some linked external sites (including government sites) may not meet the same standard. PDFs supplied to us by third parties may not be accessible; ask us and we'll provide the content in a format that works for you.
Other formats
You can ask for any information on this site in large print, plain text, or read aloud over the phone. Easy Read versions of our key documents are available on request while we prepare them for the site.
