For support coordinators and LACs

Everything you need before you refer.

Capacity, area, what we deliver, and exactly how intake runs.

Accepting new participantsUpdated 29 August 2026

Taking new referrals. SIL and respite are subject to current vacancies. Day supports typically start 5–10 business days from a complete referral.

What we deliver

We support self-managed and plan-managed participants. We can't take NDIA-managed referrals yet, and we'll say so up front rather than sit on it.

How intake runs

  1. Within 1 business day

Referral acknowledged by a named intake contact, not a shared inbox.

  2. Within 3 business days

Capacity confirmed for the specific supports, days and area. If we can't take it, you'll hear quickly.

  3. Within 5–10 business days

Meet and greet held, service agreement signed, roster matched to the participant's preferences.

  4. First month

Check-in with the participant and, with consent, a progress note back to you.
